Orders are dispatched weekly with DPD next-day cold-chain delivery. You'll receive a tracking link with a one-hour delivery window on dispatch day.

My meals arrived soft — are they safe?

Accepted Answer

Meals travel in insulated wool-lined boxes and may arrive fridge-cold rather than frozen solid. That's normal: they're safe to refreeze immediately, or keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. If anything arrives properly warm, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Allergens

Full ingredients and allergens are listed on every product label. All dishes are cooked in one kitchen that handles peanuts, fish, shellfish, soy and gluten, so we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from traces. If you have an allergy, contact us before ordering and we'll point you to the safest options.

How do I cook it?

Best results: defrost overnight in the fridge and heat gently in a pan until piping hot throughout. Heating instructions are on every label.
