Because our meals travel frozen with a strict 24-hour transit window, we currently can't guarantee safe frozen delivery to the postcode areas below, where courier transit times run to 2–5 days. If your postcode falls into one of these areas, please get in touch with us before ordering — we may still be able to arrange delivery on a case-by-case basis.

How We Keep It Frozen In Transit

Every order is hand-packed in insulated boxes with food-safe dry ice, sealed and labelled before collection. Meals travel via DPD next-day courier with minimal handling, going straight from our freezer to your doorstep. DPD will text or email you a one-hour delivery window on the morning of dispatch. Once it arrives, meals keep in your freezer for up to 3 months.

Order Cut-Off Times

We dispatch Monday to Thursday only, so your order always arrives fresh and frozen — never sitting in a depot over a weekend.
